We've been there for five days with kids and really enjoyed it! There are only three ski-lifts and perhaps we've been unlucky, as there was no electricity on the first day and then on of the lifts broke down on the last day. Recommended.

La visita alla chiesa parrocchiale del paese austriaco di St. Leonhard im Lavanttal è certamente consigliata a tutti gli amanti dell'arte. L'interno della chiesa custodisce pregevoli opere d'arte. Le vetrate sono molto luminose e belle. Sosta consigliata al turista di passaggio. Fortemente carente l'attenzione nei confronti del turista straniero che non conosca la lingua tedesca.

Torre che si trova lungo la A2 tornando verso l'Italia nell'area di parcheggio n. 262. Si sale in cima per godersi il Panorama intorno. L'occasione di una sosta diversa e particolare durante un viaggio.

La visita alle rovine conosciute con il nome di "Ruine Painburg" è certamente consigliata a chi voglia vedere un luogo poco turistico e carico di storia e di mistero. A noi però non ha per nulla entusiasmato.

La nostra visita all'antico castello denominato Schloss Waldenstein im Lavanttal si è limitata agli esterni e solo da lontano. Non è certo una attrazione turistica conosciuta e molto curata.

Schloss Wiesenau im Lavanttal

Schloss Wiesenau ist im gleichnamigen Ort Wiesenau am rechten Ufer der Lavant in der Gemeinde Bad St. Leonhard in Kärnten gelegen. Der Renaissancebau wurde 1579 erbaut. Von 1648 bis 1778 war das Anwesen im Besitz der Freiherren von Siegersdorf-Kirchheimegg. 1847 kam das Schloss an die Grafen Henckel von Donnersmarck, 1923 an die Hespa-Domäne.
Seit 2007 ist es im Besitz der Firma RZ Holzindustrie GmbH
