Less than a 30 minute drive from Dumaguete and whilst normally you can drive up a road with nice views this time the bridge over the small river from the main road was under repair and we ( 6 of us ) had to walk up the almost 1 kilometre of a quite steep road . Not a too difficult walk and definitely worth while .The 2 water falls , pools in which you can swim , and the cafe , bar , and other facilities were all very good . When the road re-opens there is parking , for a small fee .

Early morning , early evening, good for a walk always plenty of people around , a few places for children to play , lots of street venders selling food and drinks, over the road lots of bars and restaurants which are open day and night ,

It's a well maintained site, people are friendly. It's very nice renting a kayak (150 for a 2 people kayak per hour) and go around the lake and explore. Also has a nice resteruant with good view.
