Mayas is just 7.5 km from bolpur station & 7 km from prantik station. The rooms are artisitically decorated in different themes in reference to culters of santiniketan by different artists. ceramic, cloth, slate, terracotta, metal, painting , clay / mud, antique, tagore, wood & rope, photography & lather these are different kinds themes which we can experince by yours own choice. Reviewed By TanupriyaG3Not all beautiful places are actually beautiful. Mayas is an exceptionally beautiful place. It is an aesthetically made theme based resort with each room and suite decorated as per different theme.. greenery all over.. lush green lawn.. well maintained swimming pool.. open air stage showcasing musical programmes ... The resort could have had more number of rooms but they kept ample sit outs everywhere with super comfy couches. Food packages are Rs 750 per head which covers breakfast lunch evening snacks and dinner. Food was awesome ... quantity...quality and variety was good. Service was promt. Staff was courteous and helpful. There are outdoor activities like cycling etc. The only problem is that u might not be able to venture santiniketan as you might not feel like going out leaving the resort.

Reviewed By BappadityanathThe hotel is really good. We booked through MakeMyTrip. All staffs behaves very well. It's a couple friendly hotel and no disturbances. Two things I'd like to say: Last day, our check out time was 11a.m but the pump got burnt. There was no water in bathroom. I called the reception and they told as it was their technical fault, we don't need to check out at 11a.m. They'll allow us as much time we need. That's really polite. And after check out they allowed us to keep our luggages in the reception as our train was 4hrs later. We went to another place to visit and collected our luggage 2hrs later.

Reviewed By aranya1971Rooms are terrible in ground floor, tiny in size, no space to stand properly and the charges are exorbitant..its a whopping rs 1800 per night....tasteless unhygienic food, place is surrounded by barking stray dogs which comes and take shelter into your balcony, mosquitoes sing to your ears, staffs are unhospitable young fellows, the worst place ever witnessed in shantiniketan...

Nice place to stay
Reviewed By kaushik777We booked it for group of 11 people location wise lill far from Bolpur station but nearer to prantik station rooms are big we took 2 four bedroom and one 2 bedroom , no complaints regarding rooms air conditioning system was good toilet wwashroom is clean , behaviour of the staff is good , food quality and taste is amazing , staffs are cooperative . Location wise just beside kopai river 50 steps from the gate of. Hotel , and opposite to hotel there is a forest and khoai ... Which can be explored .. we had a great time here
