When we tried to book recently we were told it expired, at no time were we given information regarding it “expiring” I would like to contact the police, I’m feeling scammed! I have the email trail for proof!

En el interior, encontrará habitaciones y terrenos perfectamente limpios y desinfectados con una hermosa alberca con una hermosa cascada. Excelente comida, bebidas y servicio en el restaurante Abisal. ¡Y estacionamiento seguro, cerrado y gratuito! ¡Reserve la suite si está disponible! Lo recomiendo altamente. ——- A hidden gem. Don’t be misled by the bumpy road outside. Inside you will find perfectly clean and sanitized rooms & grounds with a beautiful Pool fed by a lovely fountain. Excellent food, drinks & service at the restaurant, Abisal. AND safe, gated, free parking. Reserve the suite if available! It is absolutely worth the extra pesos. It was a pleasure to stay there. I highly recommend it.

Reviewed By msmyra29I was vacationing with my family at Casa Azul in Guayabitos. I had the worst experience ever the woman in charge left us with no running water or drinking water. We were traveling with small children and seniors. No one came to empty the trash, clean the pool or clean the restrooms in the common area. She also was very rude and would hang up when we called the number. Being without water is a health hazard and is unacceptable practice, as well as having 3 days of trash accumulated. The conditions in this hotel are deplorable

Muy buen lugar para descansar en Oaxaca
Reviewed By Leo TEl hotel está bastante bien ubicado. La limpieza de los cuartos es muy buena y el servicio es excelente. El único punto en contra que le pongo es que se escucha todo!!!! Literal en la noche podíamos escuchar cuando estaban haciendo la limpieza en el pasillo, pero nada que unos tapones de oído no resuelvan. La relación precio-calidad es de lo mejor. Cabe destacar la atención de Rogelio. Desde que llegamos trató de hacer nuestra estancia más amena y nos dio tips de lo que podíamos hacer cerca del hotel, felicidades por su atención al cliente Cerca del hotel como a unos 500mts está una pizzeria llamada Mamma Mia que nos pareció de lo mejor
