Stevenston Beach

Stevenston Beach is 4km long and is backed at its northern end by a large Beach Park and Local Nature Reserve. The nature reserve is principally composed of semi-mobile dunes and contains a wealth of coastal wildflower and insect species. The Stevenston-Saltcoats promenade leads from the north end of the reserve into Saltcoats town centre.

Seamill Beach

My wife and I live locally and it’s only a three minute drive from house, we love coming to this lovely Sandy beach with great views to Isle of Arran. Local beach walkers are also very friendly in passing. There is also a path to the right which stretches alongside the beach and to the end of the golf course. If you walk to the left pass the Seamill Hydro boundary wall and over the small bridge it takes you onto a grassy nature path. It also attracts photographers due to the great scenery.

Lovely beach with some stunning sunsets on certain nights! The stone dragon located on one of the hills was great to sit by whilst I watched the sunset!
