Bristol Aztec Spa

Two nights wasn’t enough! We arrived check in was easy our room didn’t disappoint, clean and well managed in current circumstances. Food and drinks reasonably priced for a hotel and no complaints. Staff are all very young but so happy to be of service, special mention to Vanessa our waitress Sunday she is an absolute pleasure. Did see a few rude guests with very little manners speak to staff as if they were servants but I suppose that’s just what they encounter on a daily basis. If you are reading this and not a “please and thank” you kind of guest remember how tough it had been for some of these people so far!

Great place, and a fab set up all round. We had a beginner lesson the instructor was amazing and so good with my 8 year old son, he helped him on the waves and with his board and encouraged him when he was cold, even gave him his dry robe to get warm (think his name was Adam) Lovely cafe, great food the only negative was the cold shower!

Reserved a table for 4 plus the dog on our journey to Cornwall based on the reviews. The welcome was friendly and the Covid measures good and not OTT. The menu choices were very good. The calamari starter was fab, Our mains of fish cakes, steak, meat pie and pizza were all delicious, filling and reasonably priced. Can’t fault the staff, really friendly and helpful.
