Lovely day out to see the animals. Animal enclosures well kept and lots of improvement/investment since our last visit a few years ago. Only suggestion would be to add notes to enclosures with the animals names/ages, when they arrived, where they came from etc, I personally find that interesting. Well managed social distancing measures with one way system, hand sanitisers and patient visitors. Felt busy at the start but people naturally spread out the further though you get. Although some areas closed, still so much to see and do it didn't impact the day.

Spent a good hour plus playing 18 holes of pitch and Putt on the par 3 course. Lovely location, calm, quiet and peaceful. The holes are short but quite forgiving for beginners like my 10 yr old. Longest hole only about 65 yards so it's a small course but some good undulations/ slopes to make it interesting. The club were friendly, helpful, gave us clubs and didn't even charge us for the second nine holes! Really kind of them, so we made sure we stayed and had a drink in the bar. For what we were looking for - some family time together outside in the spring sunshine, it was just the job. Recommend it, really friendly and helpful staff too, these people give golf a good reputation, not the sometimes stuffy one it is portrayed.
