Reviewed By 893chanchaldIt's a nice hotel with perfect comfort level. Only one thing is lacking is it's room service. They are not well trained. Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable enough. Amenities are good. A must stay if you really don't bother about the room service.

Good for day stay
Reviewed By NanashethWhile visit to Jabalpur, stayed for 4 hours in morning paying for one night. Booking was done on OYO. Located just on walking distance outside Madan Mahal Railway station. Check in formalities completed immediately. Water bottle provided was refilled one, not a sealed one. Bathroom was not clean after checkout of previous guest. Bed linen seems tobe reused without wash. TV channels not coming asking subscription payment by cable operator. Breakfast provided in room of Poha Jalebi, good. Looking to location, and for getting fresh, bath, it's good for short stay at cheap rate.

Cleanliness n upkeep is the challenge
Reviewed By AvijitsenWere to stay here for 3 nights, ended up staying for a single night & shifted from the hotel. Rooms are quite small and would be a little less than 100 sq feet including the bathroom. Had to shift the bed as we had been given twin bedded rooms and we were a couple with a 5 yr old child. The filth under the bed was sad. As if never been cleaned. Called housekeeping n was informed that HK staff leave after 7 pm. Finally after repeated reminders someone came and did sweep the floor. Telephones keep on ringing and is picked up only after a few tries. At around 1 am humming sound started. It was distinctly heard in the room. It went on non stop till morning. The best part is that the room AC switch is in the reception! You are not even provided with a remote to adjust the temp. The room was quite uncomfortably warm even at 24 degrees. The Fan regulator had a mind of its own. So ended up staying awake the whole night. Moreover the sounds easily pass and hence any movement in the passages can be heard in the room. Guess it all boils down to staff training n engagement by the owners, which I feel is non existent.
