Lovely family hotel behind the slopes
Reviewed By RB2368Hotel is conveniently located behind the Jochtal gondola and family-run. Rooms and food are simple but wholesome and staff goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Special praises to Carlo- always ready to help with a smile! - and to Lina, never complaining even when kept up late to close the bar! Thank you ?

Perfect hotel for a week on the slopes
Reviewed By Nousch72We stayed for 5 days in the hotel as a couple during the Carnaval week and we liked it a lot. The room was very spacious and nicely furbished and very clean. Also the rest of the hotel you see underwent a recent refurbishment. Very practical ski depot. We had reserved half board. The quality of the food was great. Great service and nicely presented dishes. The variation was OK, with some local inspired dished and some others to cater for everybody's taste. The breakfast started at 7:30 and also presented a nice choice of savory and sweet options. They prepare fresh egg dishes upon your order. There is also a nice sauna and pool area. Location is also great, close to the Tasa ski-slope, although this year because of the little snow you needed to walk through the field to get to the slope, which was not easy with your skiboots on, but that is nothing the hotel can do anything about. If we would go back to this ski-area I would for sure book again with Abis hotel, as I think they have an excellent, price/quality range and had all what we are looking for to have a nice relaxing holiday. If I would need to think of a suggestion to improve it would be related to the breakfast, where I missed a bit of fresh fruit every day. They offer a canned fruit salad but a fresh fruit salad would have been appreciated.
