L'hotel si trova a 800m di distanza dalla località di Pozza di Fassa, è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, grazie alla ciclopedonale, oppure in auto. X Alp si trova in una posizione strategica, vista la notevole vicinanza con gli impianti di risalita del "Ciampedie - Catinaccio Rosengarten", la fermata degli autobus e la ciclopedonale che percorre le valli di Fassa e Fiemme, costeggiando il torrente Avisio. La struttura è completamente rinnovata nell'ultimo anno, dispone di 39 camere disposte in 4 categiorie, sala meeting, sala living, sala comune, due rampe di scale e un ascensore, un ampio terrazzo e parcheggio scoperto, oltre a due depositici sci e bike. Inoltre, l'hotel dispone di un centro benessere (sauna e bagnoturco) e una vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi esterna (panoramica e riscaldata) disponibile su prenotazione e riservato ad uso esclusivo per gli ospiti. La vista ha panorama dolomitico su tutti i 4 lati della struttura. L'Hotel dispone di connessione Wi-Fi gratuita con fibra ottica. Boutique-ish hotel with personal service
Reviewed By BrooklynTrekkerThis is a small, modern and tastefully-designed hotel with a staff that is uniformly cheerful and helpful. It's located right next to the lift to the Pera ski area, and a short drive to Buffuare. Skiing elsewhere will involve a longer drive. It's on the main road in Bal di Fassa, which is good because Pera is not a big place, and you will find yourself driving out to rent equipment, to dine and to ski. Our room was rather small, but spic and span. Bed linens were a fitted sheet, plus a duvet inside a sheet. I would have preferred a flat sheet as well. One day out of four, the staff forgot to leave towels in the room, and we had to get them ourselves. Although I didn't see it listed on Trip Advisor, the hotel has a hot tub, a steam room and a sauna. (Never travel without a bathing suit!) Unfortunately, these musty be booked in advance (due to COVID-19?), and only one party at a time can reserve. My advice is reserve early for the length of your stay if you don't want to be tubbing at 9PM. The restaurant has a great breakfast. At dinner, its aspirations greater than its execution, but the price for the four course menu is reasonable. The hotel provides ski lockers, although we discovered at checkout there was a charge of EUR 2 per day for their use.

We had a very good and satisfing breakfast . The view from the window i like a poastcard - amazing This hotel is very very recomended

It is easy to reach, but at the same time it stands apart from noisy roads, and in the mornings you can hear birds singing. The windows offer a fantastic view of the mountain ranges. Near the hotel there is a chair lift and a supermarket. Conveniently reachable by car to all the attractions of the Dolomites and you can also walk near the hotel. But the main thing in the hotel is its soul and comfort, which are created by its owners. You can feel at home. All requests are executed quickly, with warmth and attention. Excellent fresh regional products are served for breakfast and dinner. Everything is controlled by the mistress herself. The hotel has an excellent renovated spa, where Marina will perform any procedure well. Thermal spa is also within walking distance. Everything is very clean. Regular cleaning, change of linen and towels. The hotel has an elevator and convenient parking. The rooms are large, comfortable and modern. You understand, that you are welcome here, and the owners love you. We travel a lot and often stay in five-star hotels. But few of them can create such an atmosphere. Thanks to the whole family Chenetti for a wonderful stay. You are in our hearts, and we hope to return!

Also here everything is clean and beautiful. We staid here to make some great cycling trips and this is an ideal starting place The animals around are fun!

So it is very comfortable for 6 persons. There is also a lift so it is nice when you got back from skiing and you are tired enough. We are very happy of our holidays there.

FAMILY VACATION IN RIZZI HOTEL

And if you want to discover other places, in 5-15 minutes in car you reach everything. We are family of 11 persons and we stayed for one week. Veronica-the owner- gave us rooms on the same floor. All the rooms are different but nice, warm, clean, each with its own bathroom and tv. This is a great accommodation for people who do not want to spend a lot money and to enjoy in dolomites. Great food, excellent service, perfect position, nice rooms - simply HOTEL RIZZI. On the ground floor there is caffe bar open in the morning and in the evening. It is very nice place where children can play games,cards and adults can relax in tasting typical drinks. On every part of hotel you find nice people who work there (in caffe bar,restaurant,kitchen,cleaning lady-just great). This was the first time that everyone were happy on vecation - everything was just perfect. Breakfast is from 07-09:30 so you can choose when you want to eat and when you want to eat. For dinner you choose between two menues. THERE SI ONE CUTE THING ABOUT DINNER - children or people who work there take the bell and ring all over hotel so if you sleep or you are in the shower 20 minutes before dinner, you will hear that bell and know that it is time for dinner. So cute! We loved their food and how they prepare it. We felt like home. Veronica and her family are so friendly, extremely helpful and so are all the people who work there. I would recommend this hotel to all simple, friendly people who know how to appreciate hospitality.

Simple and smart, suitable for those who love tranquillity, simplicity and good food. The hotel is situated in the town centre of Pera di Fassa, in a calm and sunny position. Within the range of 400 metres there are the bus stop and the free skibus stop, the educational camp “Fraine”, the chairlift station, Pera Ciampedie, that allows to reach the excursion centre and the ski area Ciampedie, set in the heart of Catinaccio. The connection Buffaure/Ciampac has also been recently opened. Few metres from the hotel, you can find the entrance for the valley floor promenade that connects the High Valley with the Low Valley of Fassa and the entrance to the cross country skiing run “Ciancoal “.

Reviewed By G5455KOjaneUnfriendly and unhelpful staff in the restaurant. Apparently they don’t like English speaking guests. We were massively ignored. But rooms were nice and clean. And service at the reception was ok, but still: whoever is in charge: Fire the restaurant staff!
