Breakfast is served very slow, first you will receive eggs, after 15 min bread, then they will say that cappuccino and tomatoes are extra….then they serve coffee and only then after 10 min tomatoes…..

Reviewed By WW1WWWThis is a family-run B&B place. The family lives on the ground floor, while guest rooms are upstairs. You'll like the three dogs playing with the two cats in the garden. They are great friends: the dogs take the cats' head in their mouth and the cats seem to enjoy this game! :) There also are chicken and a lot of vegetables, flowers growing in the garden. There is also a swimming pool, but it was only April when we visited, so we did not use it. Our (double) room was spacious, cosy and immaculate. There is a minibar (we did not use it), a TV, and a proper desk. The bathroom was as big as a dance hall, with a shower cabin. There even was a bidet. The breakfast is served in a big and cosy dining room. Coffee is excellent (as probably in all Italy), and it comes with a vanilla-filled fresh and delicious brioche, Apart from that there was jam, nutella, butter, toast, orange juice on a table to serve yourself. Enough to start your day, The host family is very kind and friendly. Communication can be a bit difficult if you do not speak Italian, but you can always use sign language or improvise. The elderly lady living downstairs speaks excellent English though so she will help out if there is something more complex you want to ask. About the location: it is an agricultural area, but within quarter of an hour or so you can reach Paestum with its wonderful ancient ruins and museum, or the sea cost. Don't forget to visit the town Altavilla Silentina on the hill, it is quite an experience! Try the excellent pizza in the nearby Pizzeria San Germano in the evening and try local food like the famous mozarella buffala in the area.

Io ho prenotato una percorso spa e su questo nulla da dire, a fine giornata però risultava che io avevo richiesto delle cose da bere durante la spa, cosa non vera, sempre durante la spa ci hanno detto che dovevamo fare un massaggio, dove poi una volta arrivati a casa ci hanno richiamati dicendoci che avevamo dimenticato un oggetto personale (che alla fine non era nemmeno nostro) e che dovevamo saldare il costo del massaggio cosa che noi pensavamo fosse inclusa, dato che la ragazza ce l'aveva detto di fare. Da un'hotel a 5 stelle questa disorganizzazione è inammissibile.

Il personale è estremamente disponibile ed attento nell'ascolto di qualunque richiesta. Molto carino l'arredo: semplice, elegante, di buon gusto cn attenzione per i dettagli. Colazione buona, vi è un cucinino dov'è possibile riscaldare, qndo si vuole, dell'acqua per un bel thè o del latte caldo. Lo consiglio vivemente!

Lovely property, surroundings and people
Reviewed By flan_1969We decided to stay here and have an evening meal as part of our travels south of Naples. This is also a great location if heading down around Paestum. The reason we chose here was really the excellent reviews of the food, which were well founded and I have reviewed separately under restaurants. We found the accommodation with no difficulty at all using my mobile phone maps and then the well located signs the owners have located in the vicinity. When we arrived we parked beside the property in good parking area and we were immediately taken by the lovely surroundings. We have very little Italian and the lady who we met was fortunately able to just about understand our fumblings and showed us to our room. The room was traditional, very nice, spotless clean and had terrific proportions. The separate bathroom was also excellent and had the biggest sink I have seen in a bathroom. We were already thinking it was a shame we were only arriving early evening and leaving the next morning. We then met the gentleman owner who had terrific English and was very nice to speak with. Before settling in to our room we had a look around the gardens and in particular the lovely pool area. A huge asset and I did have a very pleasant dip the following morning. It was great to chill for a while and then simply head in to the dining area for a wonderful meal before retiring for the night. We had a splendid sleep in the comfy bed and gentile surroundings. Next morning the dining room shone again with a marvelous breakfast. The selection and quality was super and we left the Agriturismo genuinely sorry to only be staying 1 night.

Reviewed By Henrike EWe experienced southern Italian hospitality at its best! The moment we arrived we felt home! The room was spotless, the breakfast was served on the terasse under hazelnut trees, the entire estate is dotted with nut, fig, olive and plum trees. The pool was cleaned every morning! Thank you Raffaele and Lucia for making our stay so extra special and for sharing your knowledge and local tips with us! Your generosity has left us overwhelmed- we will be back!
