Reviewed By JDWTwenty21Highlights: *Owners and staff were very welcoming to dogs and greeted us every time they passed on walkways. *Right on the ocean, with a beautiful beach and calm sea. *Rooms have been renovated and were super clean (we stayed in 2 different rooms -- one with a beach view beach and one closer to the entrance). *Staff staff friendly, say hi every time they pass ... friendly owners ... rooms have been renovated and look new ... *Great location, walking distance to Central department store and many restaurants. *Good food

Reviewed By KohSamui2022I booked to stay in Chaweng Noi Pool Villa but could not travel on my original dates due to personal circumstances. I cancelled with the hotel and they confirmed I would be due a refund. Due to Test and Go requirements I had to make a second booking for the following week and pay for this separately. Since then I have sent numerous emails enquiring about my refund which is sizeable but they have stopped replying. I tried to speak to reception regarding the refund when I stayed but they could not assist and advised me to continue trying to contact the central booking. The customer service is very poor and they are refusing to return my money. I have my email confirming the refund is due and now they are not replying I find this very dishonest of them. I would not recommend booking with the hotel. There are other much better and helpful hotels such as Crystal Lamai or Chaweng Tara in the same area. Both properties had excellent front of house staff.

Pawanthorn Samui is an exclusive beachfront estate comprising of three luxurious and totally unique villas. Pawanthorn Villa Samui is located in the Northern part of Chaweng Beach with varieties of shopping centers and entertainment area, only 5 minutes drive to Samui Airport and 10 minutes from the cosmopolitan area of Bophut. Each villa has a different theme of decor and influence, and each has been designed to fit around the natural landscape of the estate. The first follows a traditional Thai theme and has been named after the Thai national flower, Ratchaphruek. The second is based on the traditions, customs and architectural designs of the Chinese. This villa is also named after the Chinese flower of beauty, Mei. The third and final villa takes it's inspiration from India and is named after the national flower of India, the Lotus. Each villa shares a naturally stunning location through which you are guided on a meandering stone pathway which leads through the grounds and directly onto a very beautiful and private beach area facing the island of Koh Matlang. The sandy beach is surrounded by naturally built rock formations providing a picture-postcard backdrop. Set slightly elevated above the beach is a communal stone terraced area which provides an exceptional space for sunbathing. It is also a very large area which is perfect for group activities, parties and social functions. The Pawanthorn Villas offer outstanding accommodation options in an extremely convenient location; ideally placed in terms of the airport, shopping and entertainment centres and with the kind of privacy which is increasing hard to find on Samui.

Reviewed By TriX_LilI had a reservation for " Lotus Pool Villa " from 11th Feb 2022- 14th Feb 2022 .. but I was given a " Standard Villa " )): (smaller, no seaview) .. I had been downgraded with no reasonable explanation ! Front desk only said , It's Agoda Partner issue ! I had to fight hard for a refund ! This really ruined my holiday )): I was so frustrated & disapointed.. Didn't get any special treats...No real sincere apology from a management This place is very greedy, careless, unhelpful & unprofessional !!! If you guys see Agoda offers , PLEASE AVOID !!! Ps.I 've attacted a photo of a Standard Villa they put me in & photos of my Agoda booking reference ( 2 bookings )

Reviewed By Jeff DWe stayed only for 1 night because of its location to the airport and we had an early flight the next day. Didn't know what to expect but was overwhelmed by the friendliness & Kindness of Att and his family. The Room was lovely large, clean .comfortable very traditional Unique if you want my wife absolutely loved it The location in fairness is a about a 1.5 km from chaweng hence its next to airport But that was not an issue as Att kindly offered to drive into Chaweng to let us sightsee he also gave us a tour and suggested places to visit with the children, Not only did he do this for us he even picked us up in the evening. Due to Att & his families kindness we had a wonderful time whilst staying here I would Highly Recommend Faungvu Villa

Chaweng Lakeview Residence is a small complex of fully serviced apartments and villas for short and long term rent. We are located mountain side near the well known Q Bar in a residential area, tucked away in an idyllic complex with private road. It's only 1 km distance to Chaweng Center and Beach (15 mins walk or 5 mins drive). We are a small family run business and look forward to meeting and getting to know all of our future guests.

The location is the perfect base for a stay in Koh Samui - central, but far enough away from the hustle and noise of the town for families to enjoy. We've stayed at a number of different hotels and resorts in Koh Samui over the years, but none compare to Chaweng Lakeview and we will always stay here in the future. Value for money, very helpful and friendly staff, excellent accommodation and a prime location make this by far the best place to stay on the island! We recommend this place to all our friends!!
