这个公园很大的！在里面走要走很久。我跟表弟一起去的，在这里差不多走了一个下午，在里面有一个亭子，爬上去可以看到攀枝花的市貌。休闲散步还是不错的，并且环境也很优美。里面有很多不常见的植物。

我们去的时候天气很不好，一直在下雨，开车也比较困难，因为都是山路，所以开的很慢，也有点高原反应。但是很棒的是到了之后雨小了，在这里的别有一番风味。这里2个景区，我们去了绿石林，门票有点贵，但是真的很值。推荐所有人有机会都去。里面真是一片葱郁，可能是下雨的缘故，看起来特别绿，朦胧雾色里更漂亮了。这个时候都没人去，整个景区就我们几个人，偶尔碰到住在这里放牧的牧民，真的太棒了。真的是不想走。这里还能看到很多天坑，都是喀斯特地貌的杰作。

傍晚的二滩是另一番景致，只是这个时候游人已经很少了。
