As mentioned in many posts, this place is one stop before Kansai airport if you are coming from Osaka city on the Nankai Express. I find the goods here are much cheaper than those shops selling in Osaka city. Got a great pair of Ascis shoes which is cheaper by around 4000 yen. Highly recommended if you have the time for shopping. There is also a place to store your luggage if you are catching a flight off Kansai airport after your shopping.

Things are cheap and a lot to choose. Not too far from Osaka Kansai airport and you just need to travel one station only of less than 15 minutes. Too many famous brands such as you can choose jeans and sporty from Levis & Edwin, Bags from Coach & Bally, Sporty wears from Nike and Adidas. Also there are so many place to eat. I like Bagel & Bagel as the food are excellent.

Rinku Pleasure Town has farris wheel, bowling, nice restaurant and great shopping. I'll focus on shopping. This place is between Train station and the Rinku Premium Outlet. It is much cheaper than the premium outlet. Some of the shops (but NOT ALL) are GST exempt. The shops sell wide variety of clothes of decent quality at reasonable prices. We purchased a lot of clothings from a store called GU.They had a sale, so everything was discounted. Had great time there.
