Cabosse

Reviewed By Grendo - Leeds, United Kingdom

Especially in these times, Cabosse is worth a visit. All of the pastries and most of the chocolates are made on the premises by the owner/proprietor, Louise. She is French trained in both fields and the quality shows. It’s like walking into and French patisserie. At the rear is a delightful area called the “Library “ and you can enjoy all on offer in lovely surroundings. Strict Covid guidelines are maintained at all times. Apart from freshly made Illy coffee there are other superb choices. Our new favourite is Moroccan mint tea with honey, it is gorgeous and so refreshing. Just love this place, treat yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

Artique at The Marina

Artique at The Marina is a fabulous antique, vintage and arts & crafts centre with cafe located on A1068 approach to Amble from Warkworth. The Artique cafe is licensed and serves a variety of fresh cooked light meals, breakfasts, lunches and a fantastic array of homemade cakes! The shop and cafe have a large car park and is all on one level, with an entrance ramp.
