Lotka Ecolodge is located in a serene place, among the nature of the Hyrcanian Caspian Sea, which makes it a unique ecolodge to stay in Anzali, Gilan. Going to Lotka, will give you the opportunity to get acquainted with the Gilaki culture; you can experience a rowboat trip from the private pier at the back of the ecolodge, shop local handicrafts made by rural women as souvenirs, and indulge in local cuisine (mostly cooked with organic ingredients). Sarkhoski, where Lotka is located, is a very green and quite village to spend time in with a lot to discover. Nearest beach from the ecolodge is only 4 km away (10 minutes by car and 30 minutes on foot). Lotka Ecolodge is an authentic rural residence. There are two houses with local architecture to stay in. Shekili house has two stories, which are rented separately to tourists and Orjeni house has three separate rooms in Lotka.

Reviewed By BANAFSHEH KLotka is a real Eco-lodge where you can experience the calming and relaxing sense of both nature and culture in the North of Iran. The big green garden and friendly hosts make you feel safe and welcome at the time you enter! There were 2 lovely dogs there and I enjoyed spending time playing with them everyday. The food was really delicious, fresh, and local-made. There are many options for vegetarians too. I had amazing experiences such as biking (it only takes 15 mins to Capian Sea). The rooms and bathrooms were always clean and all of rooms had the balcony. Besides, there are also amazing gathering areas in the main garden. It is also a very good place for freelancers to work, like ,me! Now, after coming back home, I feel like totally refreshed. I hope I will be back there soon again!

Darbon ecolodge is a 40-year-old house in suburb of Rasht city. It used to be our family house we changed it to an ecolodge to host travelers love Gilani culture from all around the world.

Reviewed By mahsamrdThe hosts were great and frindly and also very kind people, we needed to go back to tran station on the last day while we couldn't reserve any car to take us there but they kindly suggested to take us there by their own car , incredible enviroment to chill and relax , super tidy Highly recommended

Reviewed By Borman Bi stayed here for 1 night the staff our helpful but the cant speak english well, the room was ok the good things is bathroom is Europeans standard and they are some point the should work on it they can organize their room and common area better and more clean

bad experience and disonest
Reviewed By vinmarzzI stayed 2 nights and they wanted me to pay 3 or they would keep my passeport I paid the first man at the reception twice and then there was another man that told me I paid once. I had no proof and the other man and its boss accused me with agressivity to cheat cause I needed money. I wanted to call police but they told me I ll go to jail... What a depressing and bad experience because of their bad management.

This residence is built on a land with an area of 20,000 meters and 350 square meters of infrastructure on 2 floors and has 6 rooms, of which 3 rooms are on the ground floor and the other 3 rooms are on the upper floor, which has a capacity of 30 tourists.

Bad value, unfriendly staff
Reviewed By JohannesD278We stayed there one night in November 2019 and paid 440.000 Toman (35,50 Euros). They offered us a smoke scented, noisy room that faced a main road and had a mould stained wall. After intervening we got a quieter room that was ok. We felt like being ignored from the woman working at the reception and not welcome as a foreign tourist. The hotel is quite far from the center and in my opinion the money we paid didn't correspond to the service/quality of the hotel at all. I cannot recommend this hotel.
