We are a 3 star family run hotel located in Salice Terme - in the heart of Oltrepo Pavese; for the last 35 years we have been passionate in making sure our guests have a pleasant and relaxing stay with us.We have 30 comfortable rooms (all en suite) and a restaurant where our food is simple and genuine using only the best seasonal local products.Our wine list gives our guests an opportunity to sample some good locally produced wines from vineyards nearby. If you fancy a night out, or just a walk and an ice cream, a few minutes from the hotel you will also find a number of good restaurants and bars.Ideally situated between a park and the torrent Staffora, in the beautiful scenery of Oltrepo Pavese, the Park Hotel is ideal for anyone who wants to spend some time relaxing in the country (with beautiful views on vineyards, you'll come across to small rural villages, castles, towers and fortresses) but still within easy reach of some of the best Italian attractions (Milan and Genoa are only 1 hour away by car or train, Pavia is 30 minutes). For the fashion lovers we are just 40 minutes aways from the biggest european Fashion Outlet in Serravalle.

Reviewed By DonalVincentHI was part of a group that took over the hotel for a weekend function and I have to say Francesco did everything possible to make our stay memorable . The food was great and the 2 living rooms were great for spillover groups . The hotel is not the most modern but it was clean and warm and the breakfast was fantastic . The location is perfect and all of Salice's other amenities are all a short walk away .

Today, the third generation of the Raina family continues to operate and maintain a tradition of hospitality. Carlo, his wife Patricia from Oregon and recently their son, Bardo, enjoy meeting with new guests to suggest itineraries, wineries and, of course, local art and culture. The Hotel We have a diverse room choice available for our clients. From our beautiful Suite (2009) decorated in warm colour tones with all amenities perfect for a weekend dedicated to beauty treatments or a business sojourn, to our new Family Rooms (2010) for those travelling with children who want to stay together while maintaining some privacy. Our Superior rooms, for superior comfort, have Wefer mattresses, AC and frigobar. The Standard rooms are comfortable but without AC.Other servicies :-Restaurant and Veranda-Pool and Park-American Bar in the Summer-Historical Pub in the Winter-Parking.

Short weekend break
Reviewed By nepapaWe stayed a weekend in early may 2017 with a group of friends from Ireland. The hotel is basic , a bit dated but clean and very central. The overall price/quality ratio for that type of hotel is right. The staff is very nice and courteous and tried to accommodate us as best as they could. The night porter went so far as to open the internal bar for us for one last beer late at night when we returned from a night out. So we very pleased overall with our stay and would return to hotel Clerici when we get back to Salice

Reviewed By mrstraveller1The accommodation is in a refurbished 17thC former nobles’ house so has character aplenty - thick stone walls & an attractive brick barrelled ceiling. It is situated right on the roadside of a residential street so does suffer from traffic noise & though it’s a residential street rather than a commercial one we did experience some very noisy revellers one night. Pillows were a bit hard too, but apart from that it is a delightful property, very clean & very good value. We had the Executive Apartment called Arancio, a spacious pad with a living room & well equipped kitchenette, log burner, good sized double bedroom & nicely turned out bathroom with a great shower & full sauna. With the windows all facing the road & it’s situation being at ground floor level privacy dictates that you need to keep the internal shutters closed much of the time which makes it a tad dark. The owner Raffaela is a warm, friendly lady who speaks little english & we only saw her on arrival. Breakfast is included & served at a restaurant called Il Caminetto around 5 minutes walk away. It’s a smart venue & food was terrific both at breakfast & dinner. The hostess there is absolutely lovely & so very accommodating, I’d highly recommend it in its own right.
