Reviewed By JDavid KAt the end of a transatlantic cruse ship crossing, we stayed two extra days on Copenhagen, Denmark. This was a great decision. We stayed at the Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport. The airport furnishes free baggage trolleys. The hotel can be reached without going outside and has elevators wherever you need them to reach the hotel. We used the trolley to reach the room and to return two days later for the plane. One Denmark Kroner. It is about 15 cents. We used the Metro. One can get to the metro -- all inside from the hotel - by going through Terminal 3. Ticket are available inside the terminal and can be purchased using a credit card. Sing trip as well ad one day, two day and three day passes available for four zones. People in Denmark speak English fluently. They switch from Danish to English instantly. They start early in their schools. The people are great. Food is expensive. Plan your nourishment. Take water with you. Get a guide book like Rick Stevens, a Copenhagen map and a map of the metro if you are going to use it. If you are stuck just ask some one. Copenhagen has a long pedestrian walk way through parts of the City . Tivoli Gardens (entrance fee) has gardens, entertainment, and an interesting area of ridfes. Small children through the daring. Don't forget the Danish Pastries!

Reviewed By emilymK5122LTStandard double room. Nice and clean. Train station just round the corner. Only downside would be that there’s no tea and coffee in the room you have to pay for this in the lobby. Room was quite small but perfect for a couple.

Ok for a night or two
Reviewed By GillianH52Practical, simple and reasonably priced hotel. Close the the airport and the Bella Centre! The staff were friendly, but the room was a little too simple for my taste and the breakfast was lacking. No eveniomeal and a little off the beaten track, so there are not too many restaurants close by, except for a Burger King next door.

There are much better places with much better prices
Reviewed By Tom BThis hotel is extremely average. We chose to stay here as it was a good price, for Copenhagen and looked OK on Trip Advisor. The location, although close to the airport seemed ok as there were good metro connections into the city. The décor in the rooms is old, the staff are nothing special and there are certainly nothing to write home about. The room itself was dank and quite depressing, comprising of plain white walls with boring furniture and stains on the carpet which looked terrible. As for comfort, the mattresses were tiny, like camping mattresses and the bathroom was a "wet room" with no shower cubicle. For one night before a flight this place would be OK, as it is close to the airport but for a 3 night stay, I'd go elsewhere next time. If you're visiting Copenhagen for a few days, I wouldn't recommend, despite the fact it's close to the metro station and the metro is only a very short 15 minute ride into Copenhagen Centre. There are supermarkets and takeaway vendors located right next to it. There is also a pleasant café too.

Very bad experience
Reviewed By momo2023060an accident happened in Copenhagen Hotel. Just travelling to Denmark for weekend and this is what happened. I was staying in this Hotel and I end up with 4 stitches in the(( Bispebjerg Hospital )) Unfortunately the Receptionist was not helpful at all and very rude He doesn't care at all, I slippedI and hit my face on the edge of the bathtub .
