Horrible. Worst transport company i've ever seen in my life, had better bus transport in rural towns in CHINA. They don't care about you at all, sometimes there isn't even a bus you payed for because: well, just because. The office basically mocks you to defend their necks, even when you shove proof in their face. I honestly don't understand how they are still open and working, it's beyond me. During weekends a lot of buses just aren't working even though they have schedules to respect, but they just don't. I spoke to locals about this, they say it's normal and to get used to it which is ludicrous! We don't have to get used to this sh*t!! I feel bad for people working when they get late to work because of this weekend crap where buses just don't show up, especially nurses and doctors. There is literally not an ounce of respect towards weekend workers and I hope one day, this will affect the company people somehow so they learn not to keep this up! I don't have to get reprimanded at work for the fact that the 2 only buses in my area at 8am didn't show up, it's not my fault. I also had to stay in the coldest winter Portugal has known for decades outside from 20h40 until 10pm because 2 buses didn't show up on their scheduled times so I had to take a taxi and Scotturb refused to pay me back the taxi even though it was their fault! I don't have to stress just how dangerous it is for a girl to be stuck outside in the city at night alone because everyone knows. This f*ucking crap company should go bankrupt so a good management comes along or even a new company opens because this is just unbelievable. Absolutely do not recommend, try to save your money, health and mind by avoiding as much as possible.
