I advise you to visit Buddhist Temple. This is the first Buddhist temple to be built in 90s in USSR. It's one of the most magic places I have visited in my life. A lot of foreigner was visit Buddhist Temple. Because this is very Beautiful place. You should visit It!!!

This pagoda sits in the middle of a city platz, there are always adults and kids running around. At night each level is lit up. A great part of town to people watch.
