The BarnYard

The BarnYard is an artisan farm shop, specialist gift shop, restaurant and barn and marquee wedding venue which is surrounded by acres of beautiful Kent countryside available for our customers to explore.

If you’re looking for the perfect wedding venue with friendly yet professional staff this is the place to go. The new Apple Barn is too stunning for words and the addition of a luxurious room for the bride and her attendants to get ready makes this the ideal venue for a happy wedding. Our daughter and new son in law chose the Barnyard for their twilight wedding to be held in May, then Covid happened. Jo and her amazing colleagues took control and rearranged the whole event for September. They were the epitome of patience and calmness when faced with questions from the bride to be despite it being uncharted territory for themselves. The twilight wedding ceremony was out of this world, to see the twinkling lights appear in a rural setting was like being outside under the stars whilst in the comfort of the cosy Apple Barn. We can’t recommend this venue enough, also worth mentioning is the resident DJ, Rav and resident florist Lisa (flowers and sparkles) who both did amazing jobs to make the day and evening so special. Something also worth mentioning, if you’re a wheelchair Bride or Groom or have accessible needs then this is the place to be. A unique venue which our daughter (a wheelchair Bride) was able to move around freely.
