Erskine Falls

Reviewed By aok47 - Melbourne, Australia

Nice drive up to the falls followed but a short walk to see them. Be prepared for steep steps awkwardly spaced so if you have leg joint issues dont take on the steps. Once down you can try and walk across the creek and closer to the falls but beware it can be very slippery.

Teddy's Lookout

Reviewed By RobSwindon69 - Crewkerne, United Kingdom

Only 5 minutes or so off the Great Ocean Road with a small car park and very short walk to the lookout point which offers a stunning view of the coastline and Great Ocean Road. Worth combining with Erskine Falls which is only a short drive away.

Lorne Beach

Reviewed By Crystalline4u - Traralgon, Australia

Clamber over rocks to discover mini eco systems and secret marine worlds in the rocks along the beach... it's exciting never knowing what's going to hide in the rock pools. And if you tire of trying to find hidden delights you can simply walk along the beach and enjoy the view. This is a lovely beach just to spend time on... apparently it's a patrolled beach in Summer meaning that for young families it's probably a safer time...but for someone like myself who simply plays with the edge of the waves... this is a delight all year around.

This is one of the great tourist information centres. It has the usual local and regional information, well displayed and well supported by (I guess mostly volunteer) staff, and a great shop with a wide variety of souvenirs and regional produce. In addition, there is a very informative display on the construction of the Great Ocean Road, not to be missed. There is also ample parking and clean toilet facilities.

The Lorne Pier

Reviewed By Lynniegal - Ballarat, Australia

Such a lovely pier for strolling or fishing. Beautifully lit up at night time. Lovely views of Lorne from the pier and best of all for us was meeting Sammy the Seal who loves showing off in the water for his visitors. He was absolutely adorable.
