2. Toro State Forest Negro Observation Tower
Puerto Rico, Cerro Dona Juana. Because of it being the tallest Cerro in Orocovis, the Cuerpo Civil de Conservacion built during 1943 a tower in the top of the mountain. The actual reason for building the tower is still unknown. There are three different theories, some say the tower was built for military purposes. Others, that it was created so the forest keepers could look out for fires. Lastly, it is said that it was just to have a lookout at the top of Orocovis. No matter the reason, this tower is definitely a must see in Orocovis.
