Warmth and comfortable stay in Pitsanulok

Reviewed By TiddyWallapa

Relax and warmth place to stay in Pitsanulok. Each room equipped with bed, living space, small closet, and big bathroom with bath tub. Nice service, worth a pay. Parking at your door. Small yet cozy resort style in town. Good area. Minus point, while we stay we encouter with ants and mosquitos, also gecko in room lol. A bit loud and noisy when heavy rain.

Attractive resort but needing some minor improvements

Reviewed By Howard B

I must say that Pattara Resort & Spa is very likely the best hotel in Phitsanulok. The property is very attractive, nicely landscaped, quiet, and conveniently located. We checked in after 4pm, but had to wait 20 minutes for our Deluxe Double (the only room available when we booked) to be ready. That's really not acceptable, even on New Year's Eve. The room itself is a mixture of good and bad. The bathroom is really massive (too big?), but only has one basin, very odd given its size. Great spacious shower and good water pressure. The bedroom, however feels pretty small, and has no bedside tables -- where are guests supposed to put their glasses, book, water and whatever else? And only one chair and no proper table for in-room dining, with a large area taken up by a day bed which I can't imagine most people ever using except to put bags on. It all felt a bit cramped, but the bed was comfortable. The balcony is a very decent size, with another day bed, but only one tiny side table. A couple of chairs and a small dining table would be a good addition on the balcony. We used room service and partook of the buffet breakfast -- both experiences were good, and the food excellent. If we need a room in Phitsanulok again, I'm sure we would return to the Pattara. But addressing my niggles would make for big improvements in my view.

Quiet place

Reviewed By Neerajkim

I spent a trip with my family in December. Resort quite silent because of covid-19 that can make you feel lonely. The staff was nice and helpful. The room is big but a bit old. My granny didn't like this place because there are too many steps. Breakfast is good. No elephants on weekday.

In the middle of jungle, by the Khek river

Reviewed By Neerajkim

If you are looking for a life surrounded by nature, you will love this resort. Wanathara locates next to the Khek river where you can hear the sound of water all day. It's like you walk into the jungle to find your room. However, it's scary in the nighttime. Lights are not enough. Breakfast is nice.
