We left Tilcara with the car and took the road to Garganta del Diablo. Some say you can walk but I recommend taking the car and enjoy the road with many curbs to get to the parking place close to La Garganta. You need to walk down a bit in order to see the garganta. Also you can walk upstream in a small river that takes you to a natural small waterfall. We really enjoy the hike and jumping from one side to the other of the stream.

Paleta del Pintor are beautiful multicolored rock formations that stand on a mountain. It is a "must see" when passing through the Quebrada de Humahuaca
