Boring hotel - helpfull staff
Reviewed By AVL390Ended up here because hotels in Pordenone were full. Rooms are simple and small. Plenty of storage space - even so much space I wonder why. How many suitcases do people carry round? No nightstand - used a chair. Very small desk. Almost absurd lack of electricity wall sockets. Boring breakfast - minimal. There is a bar. Boring and in an uninspiring room. There seems to be one person taking care of everything : bar, front desk ... Restaurant only serves a simple three course meal with very - two - choices. Yes, the staff is helpful and friendly. Location of the hotel is at a 10 minute walk from the centre.

Nice decoration and furniture, very very clean, kind owner Patrizia is always ready to help if you have a problem. I recommend this accomodation!

Excellent value, wonderful owners - it's like returning home
Reviewed By DrPhillSAI've stayed with at the Hotel Stella d'Oro a few times, and the experience is always excellent. Comfortable and (super) clean rooms with ample space (even a single). The owners treat all their guests as if they were family. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Northern Italy - and would definitely do it again even if I had to travel to where I needed to be each day.
