Reviewed By Lucia FWe have a family of four and I ordered an extra cot in a one bedroom suite that had a kitchenette. I let them know we had four coming. When I arrived they put us all in one big loft room with no kitchenette for the same price plus charged us for the two kids extra. We had no use of any kitchen. Breakfast was a ticket to a tavern down the street with good coffee and homemade pastries. There is no drinkable water in this town and we were not warned nor given any bottled water in the suite. The "matrimonial bed" was two twins shoved together...not that romance was an option anyway when sharing the same room with the kids. The suite was clean and the view was gorgeous. I was not greeted by a host until day three. Though we asked for no maid service in between days, they came in anyway. The first day I found my toothbrush holder on the floor! This isn't a bad place but there are better ones in the neighbourhood. Mostly I just didn't feel welcome and this is highly unusual for southern Italy, infamous for its hospitality.

La posizione è a ridosso del centro storico di Palazzo San Gervasio, vicino alla Pinacoteca D'Errico, che era il nostro centro di interesse. Ci siamo molto divertiti anche nella sauna, servizio extra non di poco conto che si attiva su richiesta. Consigliatissimo!
