Reviewed By Paradise765421At first I was upset because the Receptionist couldn't find our Reservation even after showing them the recervation code. Once that problem was fixed, we had a great experience. The property is great, the convention center is OK.

Reviewed By keniao197I’m working at San Lorenzo and the hotel were I usually stay was all booked. Choluteca is the city near by and I was looking for a hotel who wasn’t to expensive but be safe and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at HM hotel. The service is excellent, they want you to feel well cared, the room is clean and the bed very comfortable, in my experience, most hotels in the area don’t cared to much about the beds... Next time I have to come to Choluteca, I’m definitely coming back to HM Hotel

El personal de habitaciones y el restaurante...excelentes y profesionales. El personal de recepción... muy atentos, sobre todo los del turno de noche. Las habitaciones.... perfectas y las camas super cómodas. El Gerente... el Sr Douglas .... más que un gerente.... UN BUEN COSEJERO, TRATO CORDIAL,FAMILIAR,CERCANO,SERVICIAL..... muy sinceramente una buena persona a visitar en la próxima visita a Honduras. Un hotel a recomendar, les acogerán como en su propia casa. Una recomendación... reserven directamente con el hotel.

Reviewed By uktravel1988Incredible Kindness shown by the owner here. We got into a spot of bother at the Honduran border which can be a bit dangerous. We had to get to a hotel as it was getting dark and it was a new town we didn’t know. We booked this hotel and called the owener and not only did he come and find us, he gave us a room upgrade and got us a Burger King. He arranged with good people to get us transport on our way and made us feel really safe and looked after. The room was lovely and had a great breakfast. Couldn’t rate this place higher and if you’re ever in need in a new place this is the kind of people you want to meet. Thanks so much for everything!
