Dromana Pier

Reviewed By chrk888 - Melbourne, Australia

Dromana is an awesome place for vacation for couples, families or just by yourself. The “village” feel is very inviting and there are so many excellent dining venues / options here, serving top quality cuisine and dining experiences of comparable standard to other popular venues in Melbourne. The pier is located right at the heart of Dromana. It is beautiful and from the pier, you can easily walk on the walking track along the beach. Unlike Rosebud, Rye, Sorrento or Portsea, one can easily enjoy the continuous and spectacular view of the bay and Dromana beach in your walk. There’re also many seats dotted along the walking track that you can rest and enjoy the view of Dromana Bay.

It’s hard to find a winery and restaurant on the peninsula that delivers first class food and wine where you don’t have to sell your child to pay for the bill. Trofeo is the one exception . Loved it! Great service. Wine not over priced. Wonderful food and a lovely friendly vibe.
