Reviewed By Anikamar2016Me and my family were here twice: first stay was in August 2017 and second on July 2018. And the fact, that we have returned there - says that we liked this place. I can say, that on the moment I do not know any other place in Braslav with such good service and facilities. Very beautiful yard, tasty breakfast, parking, spacious room - it was comfortable for 3 adults to stay in bungalo, with private terrace where you can sit, drink coffee and watching on lake. Just opposite the hotel entrance there is a shop, it is very convenient. Braslav and nearby villages are second home for me, and now, when I am coming there - I found a perfect place to stay. And I am sure, I will be back there every year..so, Braslav Lakes Hotel - I'll be back soon :) Thank you for what you are doing!

The owner was pushing us to cancel our confirmed booking
Reviewed By Hanna VWe booked this property for 1 night 31 Dec-1 Jan (New Year 2018) via booking.com. Our booking was with free cancellation and no prepayment. Booking was confirmed. Soon after that the owner Nadezhda contacted me and requested either to CANCEL my booking or prolong it to 2 nights because they just don't accept guests for 1 night during the holiday season. I said that I was not going to cancel anything and would bring this issue to booking.com customer service attention. Then I contacted the customer service team and was waiting for their action. But on the next day I receive an automatic message from booking.com asking me to cancel this booking because according to the owners I didn't pay for it! I called the customer service team by phone and explained the situation. They said the owners have no right to push me to cancel my booking and that booking.com will provide me with an alternative accommodation but they need to contact the property first. Soon after that I received a phone call from the owner Nadezhda and she was requesting me to cancel my booking again. The only reason for such request was that they don't want bookings for 1 night.She was asking about our plans for the New Year and pointing out that they are not a hotel but a guest house. What difference does it make? We didn't want a hotel and booked a guest house on purpose. Very welcoming property. I refused to cancel and said that I will let booking.com solve this issue on their side. So be ready that the property may be pushing you to other conditions than it's specified in your confirmed booking.

Reviewed By Denis RВроде всё и хорошо - большой номер, удобная кухня, парковка, но... территория неухоженная, ресепшена нет, соответственно, заезд по согласованию. Озеро сказали рядом, мол, чуть пройдите и поверните направо. Да, к озеру так можно пройти (не очень близко), но для целей купания-загорания в этом месте оно точно не подходит.
