The Papinello estate and winery are the result of three generations of Parpinello family passion for the vineyard and wine. From the start, the mission was to apply professional experience in order to enhance the quality of the grapes and thus produce wines with unique characteristics, using the most modern wine-making techniques. Welcome to Tenuta Asinara family vineyard and wine cellar since 2007. "Cannonau di Sardegna DOC" is our traditional wine produced only on the clay and sandy slopes, since Roman times. This vineyard is different from other producers as it is 100% exposure to fresh sea breaze, and the wine is produced by the owner who had the privilege to receive the consultancy of the well know winemaker Giacomo Tachis who introduce the cultivation of the International variety such as Cabernet, Merlot, Cabernt Franc, Sirah, that we use in our aged top quality wines: Hassan and Cayenna. Our sommelier will introduce you to the exciting experience of perfect pairing with the excellences of Sardinian food, typical products (bread, Pecorino cheese, cold dry meat) and wood fired baked bread served with our own Extra Virgin Oil of Olive. These will all be paired with our Spumumate Brut, than a fresh Vermentino Indolente white 2016, a Indolente red Cannonau 2016 and our red Herculis Riserva 2012.
