We took this tour last year. The guide doesn’t speak English at all, and keep repeating the same information over and over. They also don’t let you move and ask you to be next to them all the time. Amazing place but awful guide

This tour was the best part of our trip to Mendoza. Before the trip, I had read a lot about the Uco Valley, and knew that I wanted to hire a private driver to tour the wineries there. Because we were planning the trip last-minute, I took a risk and chose this tour despite the lack of reviews because it described an itinerary that I was looking for and was competitively priced. I was not disappointed. After booking the tour, I reached out to Mariana (contact info was on the Outdoor Frontiers Tours website) since the date of the tour was coming up soon. She was so nice and easy to talk to and was quick to respond to my questions through WhatsApp. She also sent our itinerary ahead of the tour. Sergio was our driver--he was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area, and more importantly, he was a very safe driver. He picked us up from our hotel, and we all had an excellent conversation during the drive to the Uco Valley. We visited 2 wineries for a short tour and tasting. They were both small, which made the experience more intimate, and it was cool to see their different styles and taste their unique wines. We had lunch and a wine pairing at the 3rd winery. It was probably the best lunch I had in my life, and it was accompanied by a gorgeous view of the Andes. Uco Valley IS as beautiful as they say. Sergio drove us back to our hotel at the end of the day. The driver, winery visits and tastings, and lunch were included in the price of the tour; tips were not included. So if you are interested in a tour to the Uco Valley, book this one now. You won't regret it.

I recently completed two amazing trips with Posta Inca, and I can only give the highest recommendation to Cristian and his company! If ever a person was destined to be a trekking guide, it is Cristian. His enthusiasm and knowledge know no limits! I joined Posta Inca for the total solar eclipse tour. We were a large group with people of all ages and trekking abilities. Cristian and his colleagues took us to the perfect spot to view the eclipse in a secluded valley. All of the trip details were handled very professionally and with attention to detail. The following day I went on a day hike in the foothills outside of the capital of San Juan with Cristian and two other guests. Cristian led us up to the top of three different peaks. We shared mates, a delicious lunch and many laughs/stories at the tops of the peaks. Cristian taught us a lot about the flora, fauna and geology of the area. He answered all of our questions with a giant smile. Don’t hesitate to book a trip with Posta Inca when you visit San Juan! When I return to San Juan I will book a multi-day trek with Posta Inca for sure!

Uncorking Argentina put together an incredible itinerary for me and my husband when we visited Mendoza on our honeymoon. They followed our requests/budget when planning the activities that had us eating and drinking our way through the region! We absolutely loved our guide/driver Gustavo who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and who even purchased mate for us as a parting gift! We loved the range of wineries that we were able to visit - from small, boutique wineries to larger scale operations, we really were able to get a feel for the diversity of the region. It took so much of the stress out of trip planning to have Uncorking Argentina make the reservations and schedule everything for us. It was truly the highlight of our visit to South America and we hope to return to Mendoza in the future.

We were lucky to use Sak Wine & Travel for our transfers and both of our excursions in Mendoza. Our guide and driver for our stay was Damian. Damian was very friendly and always on time. His knowledge of the Mendoza region was great, we learnt so much whilst driving around. The excursions we did were Wineries with lunch in Luján de Cuyo and High Andes with trekking - highly recommend both.
