Reviewed By Odyssey36099111554Our family of five stayed here 10 days in one of the apartments. Large apartment with quite a large terrace. Air conditioning wasn’t working in all the rooms. There was a frequent sewage smell... not very pleasant. Breakfasts were very nice served by two lovely women. The pool was also very nice, and rather clean. The beach is lovely, although a distant away from the apartments. Very clean beach and lovely water. Unfortunately, you have to pay 70.- euro for every day at the beach. And this only for four chairs. The beach supervisors are hopelessly inflexible and don’t cooperate if you need an extra chair. Ridiculous!! Even when a lot of the beach chairs aren’t being used they won’t let you rent an extra chair! Since when do Italians abide by rules!! Basically, considering everything this place doesn’t deserve to be so expensive.

Reviewed By Matthew BBring a sat nav so you can find the villa. Good large room in a nice quiet area, not far from the beach where you can find good restaurants.. owners are friendly. Bathroom is good. There is a hob to cook with.

The structure consists of three apartments, one master, five rooms each with a private bathroom and a small dining area for dinners and breakfasts. The goal is to give hospitality to our customers by offering great value for money. Our location allows easy access to the coast, the islands of the archipelago, national parks, archaeological sites and the famous cities such as Siena, Volterra and Florence, as well as the typical Tuscan villages.

The road leading to this restaurant and the grounds around this restaurant can be slightly discouraging, due to the long, windy road and the untidiness of the area. Please ignore this and go inside this rustic farmhouse and experience the extremely delicious food and warm and genuine seRvice. Every seat on the ground floor was filled (as there is also a mezzanine floor) . Probably around 80 people and not a tourist in site, only locals, exactly the wsy I like it, authentic rather than touristy. Rustic, cosy and comfortable. We could have sat there for hours. The tagliatelle al ragu(delicious) the tortellini in brodo,(delicious), the tortelloni al burro e salvia , Oh My God, the tortelloni al burro e salvia were mouthwateringly and unforgettably delicious. Our steak alla fiorentina was served boneless and was very tasty. The baskets of, hot from the oven, small tigelle ( flat bread pancakes) were just so good that I looked up the recipe as soon as we left the restaurant. The zuppa inglese was very moist and creamy. We could have eaten there everyday. The price was so reasonable. Please visit this restaurant if you are looking for authentic, traditional emiliana cuisine, that is non touristy and extremely delicious, served by kind, very friendly and helpful staff in a rustic rural environment at low prices. A lovely and sweet young man served us. He speaks good english.

Excellent place where the landlord is extremely friendly and honest
Reviewed By Roberto BI was here with my family (my wife and my two sons) in the Christmas period. The house is located very close to the thermal bath area, in a very silent location. Despite the cold winter and the loneliness of the building, the house was well-heated. The landlord is very kindness woman who prepared for us excellent typical sweet cakes. It was a joy to stay in this place!

Luogo incantevole, immerso nelle colline toscane fra vigneti, uliveti e boschi. Siamo stati accolti da Simone, ragazzo preparato e simpatico che ha saputo farci sentire a casa. Abbiamo anche degustato i loro ottimo vini e visitato la cantina. Super consigliato!
