The B&B lies along one of the most outstanding streets of the old town in the elegant shopping area of Palermo. It is completely renovated with a modern elegant style, is part of an ancient aristocratic building in front of the famous Politeama theatre, here you can have elegant rooms with air conditioning and TV. Furnished with a contemporary style, the rooms have a private bathroom, minibar, safe with digital electronic lock and Wi-Fi. In the morning you can have an Italian and continental breakfast. The B&B lies in the city centre, hence the choice of the name, it is only 300 metres away from the port of Palermo and a few steps away from the cathedral of the city, from Teatro Massimo Vittorio Emanuele, from the regional archaeological museum, from the elegant via Libertà and via Ruggero Settimo, the ideal shopping streets. Oueded went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us during our stay! We were celebrating our 10th Anniversary while we were at their property and she decorated our room to welcome us! She arranged the best restaurant for us to celebrate with great food &an incredible view - (Seven Restaurant!) She met us on the street when we couldn't find the drugstore and arranged for a Covid-19 test (which was required for our return to the US) to take place right in the B&B! Aside from all of the thoughtful, caring and helpful assistance she gave us, she is a lovely person! The guy who checked us in (Davide?) was also very helpful & thorough. He greeted us in our cab on the street, walked us to the B&B, gave us a ton of information, an intro to the room, how it works & suggestions for our stay. The B&B itself was also wonderful. It's in a great location with a very safe, easy entrance. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom, a small refrigerator & tea kettle. We had a balcony which overlooked a quiet street. Some coffee & snacks available in the central dining area but they give you a certificate for a local restaurant for breakfast. We did not do this because by the time we got moving, we wanted more than a light breakfast. The Wi-Fi was the best we had in Italy! The AC was cold. I really can't brag enough about this wonderful experience!

Artisan Maison is a renovated ancient house with recycled and handcraft products. The space features a unique mix of antique and modern furnishings. It is situated on the first floor of an historical building of 1901 architecture with high ceilings decorated in liberty style. It has 4 bedrooms, each one with private bathroom and there is a large living area which lead to a 70 mq terrace where you can enjoy breakfast.

The Addaura Village e Congressi is far 150 meters from the sea in the beautiful Gulf of Mondello. In front of the Hotel, there is a Bus stop and Taxi. Nearby it is possible to practice canoing, windsurfing, sailing, golf, minigolf and diving. The Addaura Village e Congressi has refined hotel rooms, apartments for vacations, a restaurant/pizzeria, 2 pools and a congress centre with 8 meeting rooms.

Reviewed By ptptcenzAs a conference organiser, I could not ask for a better venue. The place is fantastic (although that's almost a given, in Sicily) but the real difference are the people. Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating, and the staff made a big difference in making sure that the conference ran smoothly. Food for lunches and coffee breaks, from an external caterer, was also great and kept getting better every day. My room was clean, well kept and likely recently renovated. The conference halls are spacious, modern and the acoustics are perfect. It is a bit hard to reach if you don't have a car or get a taxi, but that's hardly the hotel's fault. Finally, they adhere to Addiopizzo, an anti-mafia consortium of companies who refuse to pay extorsion money. This was also a big pro. Definitely recommend a visit.

Reviewed By SeamasterSteveThe accommodation is two minutes from Central Station (which is the last drop-off for the airport shuttle), so is very well placed for the main attractions in Palermo. The rooms are big, clean and well presented, with excellent WiFi and air con. We were a group of seven, so took all four rooms - though they can be booked separately - so had exclusive use of the whole facility, which was great. The breakfast provided on site is good and we were very well looked after by Giuseppe, who speaks reasonable English and was able to give us great recommendations for restaurants. As noted in some other reviews, there is some noise from the Via Roma at night, but it was never a major problem for us. All in all, a great place to stay and one which we would certainly use again.

Don't be put off by the exterior of this property, which is located beyond a large wooden door off the main street. The B&B is then located on the 4th floor of the building with lift access. The hosts, spoke little English but were very friendly and helpful. They attend in the morning to serve breakfast, which is continental. The twin room was small but was immaculately clean. Our room had en suite bathroom with shower. There was a hairdryer and miniature toiletries. There was tea / coffee making facilities. Tv, balcony. Aircon. Mini-fridge. Comfy beds. Be mindful that as the rooms overlook the main street, it can be noisy due to the restaurants, cafes below. Wifi was a bit hit and miss. Good value and excellent location

Prenotazione fatta direttamente via mail e whatsapp con la proprietaria Gillian molto precisa, puntuale e disponibile. In loco gli appartamenti sono gestiti da Angelo e sua moglie, persone a dir poco disponibili e attente. Il nostro appartamento (come certamente tutti gli altri) era PERFETTO per pulizia in primis, arredamento moderno e ben tenuto, completamente attrezzato per qualsiasi necessità. In centro città a 1 minuto a piedi dal Teatro Massimo , e a 400 metri dal Polieteama dove c'è la fermata bus per Aeroporto. Insomma, quando tornerò a Palermo Casa4casa sarà per me la certezza!

Situato in posizione strategica in una viuzza laterale alla piazzetta centrale di Mondello , l'appartamento è comodo a tutti i servizi , trasporti pubblici compresi e dista 100 metri dalla spiaggia ! . Interni molto curati , pulizia impeccabile, un plus la disponibilità e cordialità del proprietario Sergio, lo rendono ideale per un soggiorno a Palermo e come base per visitare la Sicilia. Consigliatissimo !!!

Palazzo transformed into a B&B
Reviewed By 34pieterhPorta Carolina is located at the border of the old town close to the botanic garden, about 15 minutes walk from the main train- and busstation. Entering the building brings you into the courtyard. The rooms are on the 1st floor (2nd floor for US-travellers) and have a private bathroom. The rooms are very clean, comfortable although not very big. Guests can use the shared kitchen with all necessities including coffee, tea and bottled water. Breakfast is served on the groundfloor, freshly made omelet, fresh bread and excellent coffee. Guests can use the pool, not very big but good to refresh. All in all we enjoyed our 4 day-stay.
