We booked from Schiphol Airport to our hotel in Haarlem and then from Our Hotel in Amsterdam back to Schiphol. We met our driver exactly where they said he would be. The vehicle was as advertised, an immaculate Mercedes van on both trips. I would use this service again and I have already recommended your service to some friends traveling to Amsterdam next year.

Excellent free service from Amsterdam Central Station to Amsterdam Noord, a couple of minutes ride, crossing the river, that runs every 5 minutes. The alternative is to go by car, tram etc and make a big circle more than 5 kilometres, that can be around 15 minutes ride.

We booked online for a fixed price from our hotel near Amsterdam Central train station to the airport on 17th April 2019 mid afternoon. The price was about EUR 8 cheaper than a couple of other online taxi companies. The booking process was very easy and straightforward, and you can choose to pay in-taxi (which we did). There was some minor traffic getting out of the city center, so allow for an extra 10 min traveling time just to be safe. The overall traveling time to the airport was about 35 min. The car was an electric car; clean, odorless (I'm very sensitive to lingering cigarette smells) and comfortable. Our driver was right on time, very courteous, insisted on helping us with our 2 big suitcases, and we had a lovely, interesting conversation about life in Amsterdam. I would definitely not hesitate to book again if all the drivers were like him!
