This full day tour takes you to South Australia’s premium wine region, to sample some of the Barossa’s finest wines, including the world famous Jacobs Creek Winery and Saltram Wine Estate. Enjoy a sumptuous 2 course lunch in the Barossa, at Lambert Estate. Then wind your way through to the picturesque Adelaide Hills to Hahndorf, Australia's oldest German settlement, where you will have free time to explore the many shops and galleries full of local arts, crafts and produce. All Bookings for our Tours will be allocated to your own luxury vehicle as PRIVATE CHARTER at no extra charge. Min 2 passengers. Spend a day touring the beautiful Adelaide Hills visiting winery cellar doors and cheese tastings. Starting with our early morning visit to Penfolds first vineyard. We then travel to Udder Delights Cheese Cellar where a variety of cow milk cheese can be sampled. Udder Delights is passionate their cheese. Our next winery cellar door stop is Hahndorf Hill Winery to sample some of the Hills well respected wines. Optional ChocVino experience can be taken here and we can book ahead for you. Then it will be time for lunch at the Stanley Bridge Hotel or Woodside Hotel. Our selection of our cellar door below will vary to which we visit as some close Mondays and Tuesday but we plan for these in our schedules and bookings for the day. A good day is 4 Cellar Doors and a Lunch Stop.

This 5 hours ( including travel from /to Adelaide CBD base) tour would be for a small shared group up to 6 people maximum. Please note this is a fully private and customised tour. You can tell us your Itinerary or preferences for the day and your driver would try to accommodate it. You do not have to visit any of listed attractions if you have other preferences example visiting more wineries or spend more time in Hahndorf.

Trek along the 2.5-mile (3.9-km) route at your leisure, and pass tumbling waterfalls and shimmering streams. Along the way, admire the beautiful countryside for which Australia is famous and watch the treetops for sightings of sleepy koalas. At Mt Lofty’s high summit, enjoy rewarding views over the rugged terrain to coastal Glenelg and Port Adelaide. This hike is graded as hard - it involves steep sections and uneven services and a good level of fitness and mobility is required.The total return walking distance is 7.8km.
