We spent a few hours in the Old Town at Grottammare....both in the evening and daytime. It really is the most perfect little spot in Italy. It literally took our breath away. The view is gorgeous, the buildings stunning...everything about it was just perfect. Highly recommended!!

Siamo stati in questo bagno per qualche giorno di settembre. I fratelli che lo gestiscono sono simpatici ed accoglienti. Bello il chiosco con un buon servizio. Cabine che avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescatina. Siamo stati comunque molto bene. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Acquaviva Picena is only one of the many fortified towns in the Marche ….. but it's a real treat. It is relaxing walking through the town centres in the narrow lane ways without many commercial activities (we were there in the evening), and around the big fortress there are great views down the valley to the coastline. There is a civic museum at the town hall but it was closed at the time we were there.

I returned to the Tenuta Cocci Grifoni Winery to experience, again, their ‘historical’ wines and this time to also participate in one of their vineyard tours. The tour I took was to the Messieri Vineyard across from the winery, here the grapes for the Rosso Piceno Superiore are grown. We were provided with a bottle of wine and a delicious picnic and sat at a table overlooking the vineyards. The view and ambiance was fantastic and never had a wine tasted so good!
Later we sat on the panoramic Terrace and enjoyed the sun setting over the hills. This winery has so much to offer a tourist to the area. The Dimora has two apartments, there are wine and food pairings and lovely vineyard walks. I would recommend Tenuta Cocci Grifoni, in a heartbeat, to anyone looking for a complete experience!

As you walk along the Milo sud you have the smell of the sea ,the lovely views ,the sensation of sea spray on a windy day and the variety of the sculpture.
Apparently artists come from around the world every year to carve their interpretation into the large rocks along the Promenade.It is an outdoor museum that makes the walk even more interesting.

Ci sono stato una sera con un mio amico. Ho passato un paio d'ore con il mio amico a bere dell'ottima birra alla spina. I ragazzi si sono dimostrati subito gentili e professionali, ci hanno offerto degli stuzzichini in più occasioni (che siamo stati costretti anche a mandare indietro, perchè troppo sazi...). Dopo un pò si sono aggiunte le nostre famiglie e il discorso non è cambiato. Consigliato per passare una buona serata

Very clean and quiet with a great view. I walked from my hotel 3 kilometers away and it is very safe and clean. Many boats and beautiful rock carvings along the way. Great way to spend a few extra hours
