The pool is great. With regular, warm and hot pools and a climbing wall, diving board, basketball hoop and water slide - lots for everyone to do. The sauna and steam rooms are also excellent. Great place to burn off some energy and/or relax.

Meadows in the Sky is an amazing way to get up into the Mountains. Every turn in the road brings something amazing and once you are at the top you have access to amazing hiking trails.
If you're travelling with people who aren't quite so fit, this is a good way to get them up into beautiful scenery.

Obviously these aren't the red oaks of California but were were amazed at the stately height of these trees. We found it fascinating and the walk very easy to do and easy to find.

Mount Revelstoke National Park

Reviewed By Jeffrey N - London, United Kingdom

This is a very small National Park in British Columbia. The entrance is reached just off Highway 1 outside Revelstoke town. The drive to the summit is approximately 20kms and winds up the mountain with many stops with interpretive signs. At the top there are trails that can be walked and the views are wonderful. At the lower entrance level there are trails and the new exhibit of the historic ski jump. Also for the adventurous it is possible to hike up the mountain instead of driving up the road. Depending on the time of year it may not be possible to reach the summit because of residual winter snow, but in June the meadows at the summit are full of alpine flowers.

Awesome day lots of Sunshine great views major vertical. Skied hard all day, did top to bottom nonstop have skied no other vertical like this. Snow condition good, recent snow the day before. Driving to Revelstoke was challenging and highway is very rough and we had avalanche delays.Resort needs to have lower lodge for putting boots on, we used benches in rental shop but had no place for boot bags. We took our bags up gondola and placed in warm up chalet at top of upper gondola. We did find out at the end of the day a spot that has benches and lockers but no signage. It is located down the stairs by bathrooms. They do have an upper lodge but it is in an awkward location and we found warm up chalet worked best. They only have 2 chairs but one serves mostly green runs the other chair(Stoke) has the most blacks. We didn,t find a lot of variety and skied mostly same runs for the day. Top notch resort good conditions for us,wish it was closer.

We visited here with our daughter, son-in-law and grandson, and we were all of the same opinion - that it's a beautifully presented collection and wonderfully informative, with 'hands on' aspects that children appreciate. Housed in what was, I think, the original passenger terminal building,...MoreThank you for your view glad you enjoyed the museum.

Haven't been to The Enchanted Forest in over 30 years. Good to see that it has been well taken care of and is as remembered with a few extras! Definitely worth checking out for a nice break while travelling. Staff was very friendly. We didn't do the Trek Adventures part but we did do the hike which we really enjoyed.

Forest fire made pictures and breathing less pleasant. Apart from my bad timing though, Going to the Sun is a memorable road to drive. Lots of turnouts for pictures if you're early enough to beat the crowds. Rangers knowledgeable and helpful. Amazing learning experience. Am told Glacier will be gone by 2030, so wanted to see asap.

Three Valley Gap Ghost Town

Reviewed By vampireweekend - United Kingdom

I understand the principle of trying to preserve old buildings, but the contents and staging are weathered and dirty and some even rotting away. The mannequins are pretty ancient, and the "Male" ones being female mannequins with a moustache added. You had to laugh.
Not much information given either and no staff around.
Pretty shoddy.
Shame as it could have been so much better.
