I went there, 2 Weeks ago and it was everything I hoped for. Laid Back drifting, awesome cars and everything in between. I am planning to come back in 2020 for a matsuri. I love Ebisu.

Kasumigajo Park

The sakura bloom everywhere. You can walk up the mountain - a steep path or stairs will get you to the top - and down again. Take one path up, another down. On your way up there are lovely sights - interesting trees, benches and tables for resting, small waterfalls, and always the sakura. Lovely views from the top. Be sure to walk the ramparts as well. When you get back down to the bottom level, food stalls provide welcome sustenance during sakura season.
