Two of us took classes from Stella, head cook at Margarita's, for three afternoons, while staying at the Fyrogenis Palace Hotel next door. Stella showed us how to prepare the dishes we asked for and others besides. She made the classes lots of fun. We loved eating our own cooking afterward.

Naoussa Sailing Team

Markellos and team have a phenomenal operation at Naoussa sailing team. The reviews on this site were one of the biggest reasons I decided to visit Paros and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience.
Beautiful sailing conditions and location, fast and well maintained boats, and very reasonable prices, what's not to love.
Even more important the team all loves to sail, and goes out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. I spent 4 days there in differing wind conditions and got to try a laser, 49er (twice), and 29er. It was a phenomenal introduction to skiff sailing and Markellos is top notch!.
Highly, highly recommend!.

Visited this old church yesterday and were blown away by its original stone charm and beauty. To think this church was originally built in 326 makes it even more amazing. Signs of some old frescos are just visible at the front of the church as well. Entry is free so make sure you leave a few coins in appreciation.

Parikia Town

Reviewed By TLRCanberra - Canberra

Spent 3 nights here and that's about all you really need to explore the lovely little streets and shops. A laid-back town where everyone you meet is pleasant. I'd avoid the place in peak season though as it'd be positively chaotic. Quaint side streets with typical Greek villas, lots of cats of course, crazy drivers too. Lots of people choose to hire a quad bike to get around. A delightful place to watch the sun set.

Moraitis Winery

Really nice spot for a fairly formal wine tasting (pretty rehearsed and earnest), with really good wines in an elegant / cool tasting room. We got a platter afterwards and sat outside - good food and reasonably priced. An enjoyable change of scenery only a 10 minute walk from town. A slightly odd location, as there are no views, even though the sea is just out the back - seems a shame not to make more of the outside areas.

Go about 45 minutes before sunset. Try the walk to the light house. If you want a longer one, go out to the area where Russian batteries once stood.

We rented a car and were told to stop in Lefkes for lunch. We walked the village, with its typical white and blue scenery, had lunch in a great little restaurant (Agnadio), and of course went to see the church, with great views of the countryside. Make sure to bring your camera.
