Buy the walking guide from the outdoor shop for £3 and take your pick. The old railway walks are best.

We had a nice little walk with kids and dog through the village in a forest covered path to the falls, really lovely and the kids loved climbing on the rocks, definitely worth a visit, nice looking pub/restaurant opposite the falls

During a down day in Killin I found my self at the Ruins. We were the only people around. It was beautiful and very close to town. The Mr. and Mrs of the house are just out back.

Killin Golf Club

Played here while on holiday & this is an absolutely beautiful 9 hole golf course. Stunning scenery & course in excellent condition. Some great holes, including teeing off over the river, a par 4 with 2 blind shots & a 95 yard par 3 that you have to pitch over a wall. Also, every single shot you play has a gorgeous view. Only saw about 4 other people too, so it really was millionaire's golf. Would definitely recommend a visit here for 9 or 18 holes( different tees for back 9)

This was the first stone circle that we saw. The gate to the pasture was open so we were able to get up close and personal.

Killin Railway Viaduct

Reviewed By rayp775 - Ipswich, United Kingdom

Having viewed the falls we ventured along the trail which led us to the western end of Loch Tay. Great opportunity to spend some time exploring the surrounding area of Killin. We enjoyed a super walk in summer sunshine with glorious scenery. The walk offers easy walking along decent paths and crosses the river via the old viaduct.
