Went here to spend quite new year, also need the sea air and relax. I normally stay on the resort island, which charge per person/ night, this time I went to an habitat island. Pramuka island. I book the hotel from booking.com and book the boat transport on seperate. The hotel was per room/night, and the boat was 1250 horse power motor, with aircon inside the cabin. It takes 1 hour from Ancol, and the boat leave at 8 am. When you get there the room will not be ready because the guest will only check out at 1 pm as the boat returning to Ancol leaving at 3 pm. ???? The hotel got no restaurant, but you can order simple food. I found this descent restaurant that serve descent food, with some tables and view. The restaurant name “kampoeng koneng” i think this is the only restaurant that serve nice hot clean food. Rent a boat for a day trip to island hop cost us Rp. 500k ( as we are only 2 person ) the floating restaurant got a nice cold beer, and the island around is beautiful. It’s a must do when you visit here, to rent a traditional wooden boat and do island hop. Don’t forget to bring your own bag to keep your own rubbish. Don’t leave anything behind :)
