以前訪れたとき、安くて新鮮な野菜や果物、花などが気に入って、今日は近くに行ったので、ついでに寄ってみた。お盆の日曜日なので、人気の道の駅が更に大人気。駐車場に入るのにも並んだ。今日は羽曳野で取れたいちじくのジャムを購入。いい買い物ができた。またゆっくり訪れたいです。

野中寺と書いて「やちゅうじ」と読みます。聖徳太子と蘇我馬子が創建したと伝承されている寺院。町中ですが意外と静かで落ち着いた雰囲気の寺院です。竹内街道と云う奈良から大阪に続く太古の官道に面して南大門を配置している。叡福寺が「上の太子」大聖勝軍寺が「下の太子」と呼ばれているのに対してここは中の太子と呼ばれています。現存の堂宇だけではなく、境内には金堂跡や塔の址が残っており飛鳥時代にはさぞかし立派な寺院であったことがうかがえる。国の指定史跡にもなっています。

大和側の上流、石川の河川敷に広がる公園です。花園やミニゴルフ場などもありますが、ほとんどは川沿い両岸に設けられた草地です。川のせせらぎを聞きながらのんびり過ごせます。

近鉄南大阪線高鷲駅から徒歩15分ほど。江戸中期以降郡内十八村の大庄屋であった、吉村家の住宅。昭和十二年に主屋が民家で最初の国宝に指定され、現在は長屋門などを含めて重要文化財に指定されている貴重な住宅です。年に数日、主屋が公開されています。長屋門、主屋の中は、身分の高い方を迎える奥座敷など、見所がとても多いです。ボランティアガイドの方から、部屋ごとに解説をしていただけました。素晴らしい住宅です。

This is a very spectacular place, however not very much can be seen due to all trees surrounding the tomb. I can not understand that they are aiming to get this place listed among UNESCO heritage. If you are interested in old tombs (kofun) you should go to Nintokus kofun in Mozu. At least there is a good museum just beside, showing and explaining what has been found on similar sites in Japan.

近鉄・古市駅から徒歩で向かいました。直線では大した距離ではありませんでしたが、周囲が住宅地となっている所為と、道路に全く案内標識が無く、かなり遠回りしてしまいました。実際の古墳の周りには水が張られており、緑色の水となっていました。日本武尊陵墓のようですが、地図や案内図によっては、色々な表記がされているようでした。

日本最古という文字が気になり，立ち寄ってみました．想像していたよりも立派な境内で，真新しい七福神像（大黒天は本尊）が立ち並んでいました．中国は清代清の鐘があり，祈願と共に撞いて参りました．駐車場がありますので，マイカーでの参拝をお薦めします．
