I went Gawyangyi island last week with my bff.We used about only 40$(60000mmk)for 1 person.That's amazing,right? Highway bus cost 14$ for a person. Highway bus can reach Nga yoke Kaung village. And then we rode motor boat,and after motor cycle ,and then we rode motor boat again. But you need to contact the hostel before you go. We joined Thiri San hostel. They arranged above those 3 ways. They're so kind and lovely. The room charge is 6$ for one person. It's just only for room. You can get fresh and delicious seafood there. You can feel this place is really peaceful and totally 100% nature life. Clear blue sky ocean, small crabs and their home, group of small fishs, hermit-crabs,and a lot of shells are totally amazing. And you need to go to the Mya Waddy Pagoda(Gaw Yan Gyi island view point) and Lakechyi beach. You just need to request the Thiri San hostel.#Noted: you need to bring shampoo,soap,power bank because the hostel is own by local villagers and they give electric light from 6 to 12pm and no aircon.

Quite clean. Fewer motorcycles on beach than before. Up from lovers island is long stretch of isolation. I walked for 15 minutes and only saw my shadow. Near liver island the restaurant..snacks and umbrella. This place relaxing and got something for everyone

Wide and peaceful beach. Clear water and never cold. You can watch an amazing sunset from it. Right before sunset you can find many locals playing too.

We just walk to the top of the hill for like 10 minutes on foot. It is exciting but if you are seeking for an exotic adventure this is the right place.On the other hand, hill is very steep to climb which if you want to get good place to go with your partners.Tidy flow is very good feeling to the Island, What is an experience to go over the sand road, surrounding with sea water and hitting by the waves.There are many kinds of rock,small animals and lovely sea plants. Enjoy with Sunset and sea view with wave of tidy.You can walk to the island if the tide is low, good place to watch the sunset.
