Jaspels make a range of Craft Ciders using apples collected from all over the Isle of Anglesey that would have otherwise gone to waste. The cider is produced using a traditional handmade wooden press method. The freshly pressed juice is fermented for various periods of time and carefully blended to create a variety of traditional ciders. All of the production is done at their Amlwch premises including apple storing, apple washing, scratting, pressing, fermenting, blending, bottling and labeling. The premises also has a shop and tasting bar.

We walked much of the coast path during our stay. On this visit the most memorable part was the spit of land in Cemlyn Bay (from Bryn Aber Car Park) which was covering in Common and Sandwich Terns. They gave us stunning aerial displays carrying fish to their young.

Great place to walk and wander and discover, there are trails to follow though if go off track you won't get lost. The colours are magnificent especially if caught with a blue sky and beaming sun.
