I made a small order on behalf of my partner who wanted to gift some chocolates for Christmas to my mother.  The attention to detail in noticing the address and making sure that the gift was sent correctly to the right person was checked. I received an email minutes after the order was placed and 5 days before Christmas by Hayley Gardner-Clark Director/Owner of Castle Chocolates of Arundel Ltd. Noticing that they could deliver it by hand they made an exception and hand-delivered with an extra treat to compensate for the delivery costs.  To summarize the review on the chocolate, my mother was over the moon like a greedy child in a chocolate store. (She loved them)

In all honesty I shouldn’t be writing this review, as the Lido does not need publicity: it’s so popular that getting hold of tickets is difficult - which is not surprising as it is a lovely spot. Where else can you swim with such amazing views, in a beautiful warm pool? They opened early to alleviate lockdown, and it’s a huge success - every session is full, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The Bootcamp sessions are also good - outdoor circuits with a friendly bunch of fitness fans. Can’t wait for the Fido event! ????

Party host Amber was calm and confident hosting our child's 4th birthday with his friends. Received clear communication throughout the party. Kids had a great time. We did a basic package and took extra food for the table which worked well for us. Price was very good value, including food, party bags, present for birthday boy and one free entry voucher next time we go. We got two drinks for mum and dad too. Also, we had an early misunderstanding with our party host and a guest to the party, and Amber resolved this quickly and exceeded my expectations, ensuring everyone was happy, excellent party host, thank you.
