We were walking around the St. George community and found this incredible Hidden Gem...by chance. We had found "The Unfinished Church" and as we walked around taking photos the road to the right of the entrance compelled us to keep walking. A short walk up the hill and down toward the ocean we found this beautiful beach "Tobacco Bay Park". Absolutely wonderful view.

Moran Meadows

Reviewed By 58tinag

Don’t be scared off when you first enter the stables as there was some slight damage from the hurricane. I was so excited to do this with my boyfriend. We were a little timid at first as neither of us are experienced riders, but after the horses got used to us, it was great. Natalie was our guide and she was wonderful. She didn’t lose patience with us when we didn’t know what we were doing and took us on a lovely tour all around St. George where we saw beautiful ruins from an old church and an old golf course which was great for the horses to roam freely. Natalie is such a great person and you can see how passionate she is for horses. I loved this entire experience and highly recommend it.

Somers Garden

Stone column and garden commemorating Sir George Somers, founder of Bermuda.

This is a really nice slightly off the beaten path historic park in St. Georges commemorating the founding of the island. Definitely worth a visit and a beautiful place to sit in the shade for a bit on your way to the unfinished Cathedral.
