A Swiss friend admitted that it was just as stunning as the mountains in Switzerland, which is a big admission. Great for trekking and seeing amazing views across the mointain peaks of the 'Cursed Mountains' as they are called in Albanian (Bjeshkët e Nemuna). Very friendly locals and great prices.

I completed the Ari course on July 19th, and it was an incredible experience. I'd been in touch with the company several weeks in advance, and they were keen to pair me (solo traveller) with another group. Responses from them always came rapidly and were very helpful, though even by the time I arrived in Peja nobody else had signed up to do the course. As such, they wanted to help out and were able to make arrangements with a younger guide, and the experience was one of the highlights of my 10-day Kosovo trip. I felt secure at all times, and my guide was friendly, professional and consistently safe. We chatted lots the entire route, and she was regularly checking that I was okay and volunteering her assistance in taking photos for me. The climb itself is pretty accessible, with a few areas in which you need to scramble a little. The views are tremendous throughout. Definitely a recommended activity if you're in the area.

I'm certified guide for snow-shoeing and avalanche rescue in possession of 15 pairs snow-shoes, poles and rescue equipment. I attend training and course for snowshoeing in France 2013. You can join me also in other activities I do in Kosovo like: Ski Touring, Alpine Skiing, Sky-Trail Running, Mount Biking etc. Come and experience best ski slopes in Balkans and have adrenaline adventure in sport events. Beside sport activities I'm certified guide for Kosovo, I do lot of cultural tours in Historic town of Prizren and Kosova, visiting many important places of cultural heritage like Mosques, Monasteries, Museums, Castles etc. I can speak there local languages Albanian, Turkish and Serbo-Croatian. I hiked twice in Prizren with Edis. His knowledge of the mountains and of the flora is impressive. Just as impressive as his lovely and lively personnality and enthusiasm. Edis is a very considerate and profesional guide. I will definitely come back to hike with him again !
