We visited the Visegrad Citadel by car on a sunny weekday. Parking was easy, it costs HUF 300 per hour. The parking area was limited. The citadel is an absolute must to see. You cannot get that view of the River Danube anywhere else! :-)

There are 6-8 opportunities to experience track driving with your car or with rented car on the Hungaroring. Best driving instructor and local hero Laszlo Halaska can effectively coach you. We had a great time and 1:55,4 with the skick tyre AudiR8 and 1:56,7 with the 911GT3.

Heard about this Park by accident a few days before we travelled, liaised with the lovely Mariann in the office, who arranged a taxi to meet us at the Train Station as we wanted to make our own way out of the city and enjoy the scenery.(and arranged for the return back to the station too!) Lovely tour around the farm, stables and trophy room, very much enjoyed the 40min horse show, with various disciplines of riding and stunts and tricks seen, commentary also in English Then the most amazing Dinner with wine flowing, a huge platter of meats, veggies, salads...we really couldn't do it justice A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon and evening in the fresh air out of the City
