The 10 Best Things to do Good for Big Groups in Mont Tremblant, Canada

October 17, 2021 Harland Bartelt

Skiiers have flocked to Mont Tremblant since its first chairlift and lodge opened in 1939. Now, though, it's just as popular with snowboarders, who love its 18 acres of ramps, rails and jumps, and its Olympic-caliber superpipe. Don't fret, though, because despite its name, this mountain doesn't actually tremble... unless you've tossed back a few too many in one of the village's bars!

Tremblant is fabulous! The pedestrian village is beautiful and the two other Tremblant villages are next door and have great restaurants. The skiing is fantastic for all levels, there are green trails to double blacks from the top. Even during school vacation week, there were no lift lines. There are many other activities, too. There is an indoor waterpark and spa onsite. There is also an activity center that will hook you up with a variety of excursions. We did a dog sled tour and drove snow buggies. It was fantastic! If you go, bring a lot of layers. Actually, bring ALL YOUR WINTER CLOTHES. It is freezing! If you live in the US northeast, drive the extra few hours to Tremblant. It is worth it.

Skyline Luge Mont-Tremblant

Skyline Luge Mont-Tremblant is a unique gravity ride invented in New Zealand where you can experience the rush and exhilaration of riding down the Luge track on a three-wheel cart. A fun, family friendly activity, the Skyline Luge is a great Quebec attraction.

Reviewed By budsfan29 - Vaughan, Canada

Each time my family comes to Tremblant in the summer we have to go on the Luge, and it never disappoints! It is so much fun to ride at high speed (but still in control) down the winding track. Just be cautious of other drivers that occasionally cut you off or pass at less safe times. But we haven't yet experienced anything quite like it The new virtual queuing system helps too to lessen wait time.

Went here during a stay in Mont Tremblant. We wanted to do snow tubing, and had this place recommended to us by a couple of people. It was more fun than we expected. We benefited from beautiful weather, and being mid-week there were only a few other people there. We had a great time, and would both go again and recommend it to others.
